V2 files

I was rushing to meet the previous entry deadline so the v1 manuscript was a bit alpha. I've cleaned up the text and the spelling mistakes and clarified a few points.

I switched to editing in Google Docs so the PDF version is now a bit better formatted but the text one isn't as good.
